At Tamjeed, every garment goes through a strict multi-point quality check before it is packed. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your fit or purchase, we are here to make the process smooth and transparent.

Part A: Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Order Processing Time

  • Ready-to-Ship Items: Orders are processed and dispatched from our warehouse within 1 to 3 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
  • Made-to-Order / Pre-Order Items: Please allow 7 to 10 business days for crafting and dispatch, as specified on the individual product page.

2. Estimated Delivery Timeline

  • Metro Cities: 3 to 5 business days after dispatch.
  • Rest of India: 5 to 8 business days after dispatch.

Note: Delivery timelines are estimates and may occasionally be affected by courier delays, extreme weather, or regional holidays.

3. Shipping Charges & Tracking

  • Prepaid Orders: Complimentary (Free) Standard Shipping across India.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD): A nominal COD handling fee of [₹XX] is applicable on COD orders.
  • Order Tracking: As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an Email, SMS, and/or WhatsApp notification containing your Tracking ID and real-time tracking link.

Part B: Return, Exchange & Cancellation Policy

1. Return & Exchange Window (7 Days)

We offer a hassle-free 7-day return and size exchange window from the date your order is delivered. Requests raised after 7 days of delivery will not be accepted.

2. Eligibility Criteria for Returns & Exchanges

  • The garment must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and unaltered.
  • All original Tamjeed brand tags, price tags, and packaging must be completely intact and attached to the garment.
  • The item must be free from any stains, makeup marks, deodorant marks, body odor, or perfume scents.
  • Items that fail our quality inspection at the warehouse will not be eligible for a refund or exchange and will be shipped back to the customer.

3. Non-Returnable Items

  • Items purchased during a Clearance Sale, End-of-Season Sale, or Flash Promo (Size exchanges may still be offered subject to stock availability).
  • Customized or custom-altered garments, accessories, or innerwear.

4. How to Initiate an Exchange or Return

  • Step 1: Visit our Returns Portal or email/WhatsApp us at [support@tamjeed.com / +91 XXXXX XXXXX] within 7 days of delivery with your Order ID and reason for return/exchange.
  • Step 2: Our team will arrange a Reverse Pickup from your address within 48–72 hours via our courier partner.
  • Step 3: Hand over the package with all original tags intact to the pickup executive.
  • Step 4: If your pin code is non-serviceable for reverse pickup, we will ask you to self-ship the product to our warehouse address and reimburse up to ₹100 towards your courier receipt.

5. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item Received

In the rare event that you receive a damaged item, manufacturing defect, or the wrong product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery along with clear photos (and an unboxing video, if available) showing the defect and original tags. We will arrange a priority free replacement or issue a 100% full refund.

6. Refunds & Store Credit Processing

  • Size Exchanges: Your replacement size will be dispatched within 48 hours of warehouse inspection, free of cost (for the first exchange).
  • Prepaid Orders: Refunds are credited back to your original mode of payment (UPI, Card, or Net Banking) within 5 to 7 business days, or issued immediately as Tamjeed Store Credit / Gift Card.
  • COD Orders: Refunds are processed via Store Credit or direct Bank/UPI Transfer within 5 to 7 business days after you share your bank/UPI details with our support team.

Note: Any COD handling charges paid at the time of placing the order are non-refundable.

7. Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order free of charge before it has been dispatched from our warehouse by contacting our customer support team. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled—you may instead request a return or exchange once it is delivered.
